Pop-Ups
We hate Pop-Ups at Hit Back Radio. For this same reason, none of our pages are given Pop-Up HTMLs. Pop-Ups are a great marketing tool, but are very annoying to the consumer. You should never get Pop-Ups on the Hit Back Radio website. If you do get a Pop-Up on a visit to our site, please inform customerservice@hitbackradio.com. Unfortunately, sometimes you may receive Pop-Ups because of other sites you visited even after you have left them. 99% of websites deliver a cookie to your computer upon opening that website. In some cases, a cookie can also have an encrypted command to open a pop-up every few seconds, depending on who makes the command. This can be annoying because most Pop-Up blockers cant stop these types of Pop-ups. We suggest cleaning out your cookies every week to avoid this problem.
-If you get Pop-Ups while you are offline, you need to check your computer for Spyware.
Payment Processing
Listening to Hit Back Radio is free. If we ever have a paid service at Hit Back Radio. Your payment will be made through Paypal. They will collect your credit/debit card information, and any other information needed to complete the transaction. This information is NOT shared with us. You are asked to read there terms and conditions before making any purchases. www.paypal.com
Hit Back Radio will never ask you for:
-Bank or Credit Card Information
-Social Security Number
-Checking or Routing Numbers
-If you are prompted for this information, and you are not on the Paypal website, you are asked not to complete the form and report it to Customer Service immediately.
Hit Back Radio Forms
Hit Back Radio could have as many as 12 forms available at any one time for different things. These forms are safe, and only ask for basic info. Your phone number may be a requirement based on what form you are trying to fill out. This is just so we can have a way to contact you. If you are uncomfortable or have a question about a piece of information that is required. You can contact customerservice@hitbackrado.com, and will gladly answer your questions.
Internet Safety
Unfortunately, We can only do so much to protect you online. Hit Back Radio believes every visit should be a safe visit. You as an Internet browser should have your virus protection software updated daily to assure your safety online. If you are browsing without Internet protection, your safety is at high risk no matter what site your on.
